All information is treated in the strictest confidence. Your information is never shared. The information you provide (i.e. name, address, email, telephone number/s, credit/debit cards, etc.), is stored safely and securely and not accessible to third parties, (barring a fire, burglary or computer hack or any other unforseen and unlikely terrible incident).
Payment Gateways
All direct payment gateways offered by Hairology and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and our service providers, which are PayPal and Barclays. All direct online payments are secure via PayPal. All telephone payments are secure via Barclays PDQ terminal.

Telephone Consultation Terms and Conditions
Please allow approx. 30 to 45 minutes for your Telephone Consultation.
If for any reason you cannot keep the appointment booked or you need to change the appointment, please be kind enough to email us at: hair@hairology.co.uk to rearrange. The telephone consultation fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be cancelled unless 24 hours notice is given in writing by email to: hair@hairology.co.uk to change the appointment. The fee paid will not be reimbursed if the appointment booked is not kept or there is no answer when we call or if it has not been possible to contact you on the phone number provided at the time of booking, unless there are circumstances beyond your control. However, any reimbursements are at the sole discretion of Hairology and must be requested in writing by email to: hair@hairology.co.uk. After completion of a successful telephone consultation, £20.00 of the fee will be deducted off any treatment orders over the value of £100.00, made at the end of your telephone consultation. There are no refunds, reimbursements or transfers made if after completion of your telephone consutlation you decide not to proceed further with any treatment recommendations given.
Our Returns Policy
Within 7 days from receipt Hairology provides a ‘no quibble’ refund/exchange policy on the understanding items are returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for used or opened goods. However, in the unlikely event a product has not met with your expectations and you would like to request a refund/exchange, please email us at refunds@hairology.co.uk explaining your reasoning and the amount left of the product/s purchased. Hairology will consider each and any request on a case-by-case basis.
In all cases the cost of returning any items is the responsibility of the customer. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Hairology via email or in writing.
We do not provide refunds after 14 days of receipt of product.
