Please allow approx. 30 to 45 minutes for your Telephone Consultation.
If for any reason you cannot keep the appointment booked or you need to change the appointment, please be kind enough to email us at: hair@hairology.co.uk to rearrange. The telephone consultation fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be cancelled unless 24 hours notice is given in writing by email to: hair@hairology.co.uk to change the appointment. The fee paid will not be reimbursed if the appointment booked is not kept or there is no answer when we call or if it has not been possible to contact you on the phone number provided at the time of booking, unless there are circumstances beyond your control. However, any reimbursements are at the sole discretion of Hairology and must be requested in writing by email to: hair@hairology.co.uk. After completion of a successful telephone consultation, £20.00 of the fee will be deducted off any treatment orders over the value of £100.00, made at the end of your telephone consultation only. There are no refunds, reimbursements or transfers made if after completion of your telephone consutlation you decide not to proceed further with any treatment recommendations given. At Hairology we are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you is to provide with a more personalised service and tailored Advice, which is based solely on the information you provide. Hairology cannot be held responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided by you. All information is treated in the strictest confidence and for the use of Hairology only, your details are not shared with any third party. We respect your privacy.
