Our Returns Policy
Within 7 days from receipt Hairology provides a ‘no quibble’ refund/exchange policy on the understanding items are returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for used or opened goods. However, in the unlikely event a product has not met with your expectations and you would like to request a refund/exchange, please email us at contactus@hairology.ae explaining your reasoning and the amount left of the product/s purchased. Hairology will consider each and any request on a case-by-case basis.
In all cases the cost of returning any items is the responsibility of the customer. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Hairology via email or in writing.
We do not provide refunds after 14 days of receipt of product.
